The Birria Burrito is one of the best damn burritos I've ever had. The meat is seasoned perfectly, and the burrito is stuffed full of it. It's not like other places that give you 75% rice, beans, and lettuce and a little bit of meat. Literally 50-60% of the filling is meat, and it's only 10 bucks.

Really good food. I got the quesobirria and the vampiro and both were really nice. Meat was super tender and the pickled carrots were a nice addition.
-
Quesabirria tacos we by far the best ive had. Although i wish they had a mild Avocado salsa, would've made it 10 better. Either way you can never go wrong with quesabirria.

Quick stop, delicious street tacos y mas!! Recommend al pastor tacos and steak nachos. Tacos come with side of tasty pickled carrots, jalapeños and onions. Service is fast and staff friendly. Tons of options to try each time you go back, trust me - you will!

Love, love, love this food. The one in Gresham catered for our wedding on 2023. Everyone loved these tacos. I picked up some tacos today for these guys helping my husband and FIL put up our fence. Definitely was not disappointed.

This was sooooo good. I got without onions for my dining companion, and it was still delicious. We got the El Jefe combo and the quesaburria. The consume was packed with flavor and against the toasty cheese from the griddle? Heaven. Taking another friend there today and I think this will be my go-to when friends come into town.

El Jefe Birria has the reputation for having a great breakfast burrito. I visited early. The truck looked closed and I almost drove away when I noticed a small neon sign saying 'Open.' I ordered the PDX burrito without hash browns or sour cream. They gave a pager to let you know when your order is ready. When I unwrapped the sizable burrito, I discovered it had been cut in half. The paper it was in was cut too. This was helpful for a photo but challenging to eat because when it's cut it leaks easier. As a result, it dripped on my pants. I then used the outer paper to catch liquid. If I were to order it again, I would ask for it to be uncut. The orange habanero sauce came in little packets like mustard or ketchup. This is unusual for a Mexican truck. Usually they come in the little clear cups with lids. I found the packets harder to open. Luckily I had a knife in my car. As I mentioned before, the burrito was sizable but I was disappointed to see it was 75% eggs. The steak and bacon was tasty but there just wasn't that much. I should mention that it wasn't very hot either. I'm not sure why that was. I'm sure they made it fresh as I was the first customer of the day. A side note, while I was there, a Don Pancho truck made a delivery. Most likely they get there tortillas and chips from them. Unfortunately the photo of the inside of the burrito was accidentally deleted. Lame. El Jefe had a good burrito but at this writing, Crave Grill and Buenos Dias have the best breakfast burrito I've had in Vancouver so far.
